Zied Loukil

Zied is a Deals Advisory Partner in France with over 22 years’ experience in Financial Services.
He began his career in 2002 with Forvis Mazars in Financial Audit and quickly specialised in banking, which enabled him to develop extensive experience in both auditing and consulting in the Financial Services Industry in France and abroad.
Since 2014, he has been in charge of developing Forvis Mazars’ banking practice in Africa.
Since 2019, Zied has been in charge of developing the Deals and Transaction Advisory Services practice for Financial Services.
He provides Financial Advisory to banks, asset managers, insurance companies and brokers, fintech and investment funds, on their acquisitions and disposals (strategic review, financial advisory, M&A process, due diligence, valuation, post-merger integration, etc.), both in France and internationally.
Zied is a Chartered Public Accountant and graduated from Paris-Dauphine University with a master in Audit & Financial Advisory. He is based in the Paris office.
