Laurent Nguyen is the lead Partner in France for CIO Advisory services focused on the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector. He specialises in guiding CIOs and technology leaders through the development and execution of their strategic technology plan and design of their target operating model. He also leads the definition and implementation of large-scale programs including digital transformation and IT simplification, as well as technology modernisation and spend optimisation. He has over 18 years of experience addressing his clients’ technology-driven strategic and operational initiatives, in addition to enabling optimised technology investments and stronger performance. Prior to joining Mazars, Laurent Nguyen was the Managing Partner and Head of Financial Services at Gartner, a global research advisory and consulting firm.
